What we collect

When you ask for an estimate we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, email if you give it, the service you are interested in and anything you write about the project. When you text us we keep the messages and photos you send.

Like most websites, we record basic technical information such as the page you arrived on, the ad or link that brought you, and your browser type. We use this to understand which pages and campaigns lead to real projects.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information, and we never pass your request to other contractors as a lead. We share details only with the people needed to do your project: our supervisors and crews, licensed trade partners on your job, the permit office, and service providers that host our website, forms, texting and records under contracts that forbid other uses.

Text messages and calls

By checking the consent box you agree that we may call or text the number you gave about your project. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time and HELP for help.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your estimate request after twenty-four months. For clients we keep project records for the length of the warranty plus the period required by tax and contractor licensing rules.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, have these rights by law; we extend them to every client. Send the request by email and we answer within thirty days.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar tools to measure visits and ad performance. You can block them in your browser settings; the website still works.

Spam protection

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people from automated spam. When you start filling in a form, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that use. We use the result only to decide whether a request is genuine.
